At CLD Label, we stand behind every garment with intention, quality, and longevity. To further our commitment to sustainability and circular fashion, we offer our customers a 2-Point Production Promise on all purchases made exclusively through cldlabel.com.
Our Commitment
For every product purchased, CLD Label guarantees a 2-point production process — meaning each original garment is eligible for 2 reproduction cycles, ensuring its life and purpose extend beyond wear and time.
What This Means
Should your garment experience damage or signs of wear and tear, you are entitled to receive up to two reproductions of that product.
Proof of damage is required to activate the reproduction process (e.g. photographs or description).
There will be no fees associated with the reproduction service.
We require the original garment signature label to be posted back to us, regardless of its condition. This not only confirms authenticity but also assists us in tracking and refining our reproduction data.
Data & Tracking
Once the process is activated, all related information—including reproduction history and garment lifecycle—will be logged. This supports our ongoing research and transparency in sustainable production.
How to Activate
To initiate the reproduction process:
Email us with proof of damage or wear.
Await confirmation and instructions.
Post the original garment signature label using scissors to cut and remove(with our signature CLD Label *label*) to post to our provided address.
Upon receipt, your reproduction(s) will enter production and be delivered promptly.
This policy stands as our guarantee that no piece of CLD Label goes to ruin—only reinvention.
